. .It will do this when it gets hot and the plastic warps in the sun. This is my plane. I like things clean and simple. I get rid of the center plastic piece.on the canopy and change the shape of the plastic in the back. I use some automitive trim along the back in place of the rubber bumpers that get dry and brittle and need to be glued back on. |

This firewall was in really bad shape. Notice the battery box and baffles The fresh air plenum ("Y") was powder coated to match all of the other hardware. The owner wanted an engine mount that would get attention. It does. Lots of ways to do fuel flow. This is the most straight forward. |
