#15. N28697: I did 3 Pre-Purchase inspections on this plane before the owner figured out that I thought it needed WAY too much work to recommend it. The owners decided to find someone else to Pre-Purchase when Bob went looking for a plane. Suffice it to say, after Bob bought it and took it to Fletchair for an annual, it cost a LOT of money to make it right. I started working on this plane in 2009. It's one of the most perfect planes I work on.  Bob is a terrific guy to work for too. He has no idea how much I do on the plane without charging him for it; it's my pleasure.
