Interior_01: I can't say I intended to go into this must detail when I started, but as I worked on it, the interior took on a life of its own. The entire interior was stripped down to the factory primer, all the unwanted holes were filled with honeycomb and filler, it was primed with epoxy 'direct-to-metal' paint and then painted with Imron.  The sides and floor were done by overlapping the painted edge.  This means the corners have two coats of Imron.

These pics show the progression toward getting ready for final assembly.  The rear seat is in. The center console has been cut down to eliminate the towere and the center plastic console piece. The seat belts have been lowered into the console. Have I told you how much I hate plastic?
