I remove the seat backs and lay down the back seat on about 40 planes a year. I am not a big fan of this little OEM latch.  

For all practical purposes, this is an owner produced part since I'm not willing to go through the necessary steps the FAA will want to certify these.It would likely take two years to certify.  If you want a set, I'll have them made to your specifications.
